Welcome to Child Support Employer Services

If a parent has multiple support cases, he or she might not earn enough to satisfy all support obligations. If this occurs, the employer must determine how much of the parent’s earnings qualify for withholding and pro-rate support deductions for each case.
The Consumer Credit Protection Act (CCPA) provides the legal limit for how much can be withheld from a parent’s earnings. Visit CCPA to find out more.
If you have questions about how to use this calculator or need help with pro-rating more than 5 cases, please contact our Employer Line at 1-866-435-2763.
Please note: You have an option to print the resulting calculation. Your calculation will not be saved.
